Broadway Harmony wins 2yr old 1st up at Moonee Valley

March 20th 2010- Broadway Harmony( 2yr old filly Statue of Liberty- No Peace) won decisively at Moonee Valley on friday night having her 1st race start. She is trained by Darren Weir and was ridden by Sebastian Murphy. She had trialed impressively at Camperdown 10 days earlier in unofficial jumpouts and we had the option to to run her at Bendigo or Mooney Valley over 1000m. She ran like she had done it before and Sebastian rode her beautifully and she kicked away by 2 lengths in the straight and was eased to win by one Length. She paid $26 on the TAB and l know all the owners had a bet which was great. Her next start could be Moonee Valley on Easter monday at Moonee Valley over 1000m against the fillies. A good result there could see her in Sydney for the carnival.
